Job description

Are you a compassionate and driven individual seeking a meaningful career? At Eden Futures, we dedicate ourselves to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism, and other complex needs.

We are eager to connect with passionate individuals committed to providing person-centred care. If you possess empathy, resilience, and dedication to enriching lives, we want to hear from you! No prior care experience? No problem — we provide comprehensive support, including face-to-face training, e-learning, shadowing, and assistance with completing your Care Certificate and obtaining a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care through our partner, Paragon Skills.

Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70, which equates to an annual salary of approximately £27,734.40 based on a 42-hour week. The annual figure is for illustration; NLW applies and will be pro-rated based on contracted hours.

This is a full-time contracted role with shifts that vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to fit your commitments.

Our application process

We are committed to safe and fair recruitment, safeguarding those we serve. All staff are vetted, trained, and supervised to high standards. As part of our process, we conduct telephone screening and require an Enhanced DBS Check due to the vulnerable nature of our clients. Further details will be provided during screening.

All pre-employment checks are carried out by our third-party provider, Adecco. Note that roles involving contact with service users are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. It is a criminal offence for barred individuals to apply for these roles.
