If you haven't worked in care before, we will provide you with all the support required. When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced members of your team. For those new to care, we will ensure you are supported to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, partnering with our provider company Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70, equating to an annual salary of approximately £27,734.40 based on a 42-hour working week. The annual salary shown is for illustration purposes only. NLW applies and will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
This is a Full-Time contracted position, with shifts varying across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to work around your commitments.

Roles involving contact with our service users are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and an Enhanced DBS Check is required before joining. Further information will be provided during the telephone screening. All pre-employment checks are carried out by our third-party provider, Adecco.
