We are eager to connect with passionate individuals who are committed to providing person-centred care. If you have the empathy, resilience, and dedication it takes to enrich the lives of the individuals we support, we want to hear from you! For those new to care, we will ensure that you are supported to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, partnering with our provider company Paragon Skills.

*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70, equating to an annual salary of approximately £27,000 based on a 42-hour working week. The annual salary shown is as a per annum equivalent for illustration purposes only. NLW applies and will be pro-rata'd based on contracted hours.

This is a Full-Time contracted position, with shifts that can vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering you flexibility to work around your commitments.

Our organisation is committed to safe and fair recruitment, safeguarding, and protecting those we care for and serve. We vet, select, train, and supervise all staff to a high standard to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. As part of our process, we conduct telephone screening with candidates.

Roles requiring contact with our service users are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. You will be required to have an Enhanced DBS Check before joining us. Further information will be provided during the telephone screening.
