An established healthcare provider is looking for a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their School-Aged Team. This role involves working in both special and mainstream schools, focusing on children with complex communication needs. We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to work as part of our School-Aged Team providing support for primary and secondary schools in Lewisham.
The successful applicant will work, for part of the week, in a special school for children aged 4-16 with complex social, communication and interaction difficulties, including autism. For the remaining sessions there are opportunities to work in mainstream primary and secondary schools and in an SEMH provision. This post would be ideal for therapists looking to further develop their specialist clinical and leadership skills.
The successful candidates will be highly motivated, committed to working in partnership, have experience of working with children and young people and their families/carers in school settings, be innovative, adaptable and able to work as part of a team. Band 5 therapists would also be considered for this post, with the opportunity to develop into a band 6 role.

£37,338 to £44,962 a year per annum plus HCAS.
