Overview

A Vacancy at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist; we would also consider applications from those seeking a developmental role from a 5 to 6 working under a developmental plan. To join our Children’s Community Speech and Language Therapy Service. This full-time, permanent position is based in Milton Keynes, and offers the chance to be part of a small, supportive team while making a real difference to children and families in the community.


Responsibilities


  • Work across the early years and early years complex needs team to support children's speech, language and communication needs and facilitate the development of functional skills.

  • Support the Early Years teams in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to children with a variety of complex needs.

  • As a senior therapist in a small team, support speech and language therapy associate practitioners, devising therapy plans and offering clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship.
