Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business and operational stakeholders to conduct technical discovery and align solutions with strategic goals
  • Producing clear, actionable recommendations, proposals, and scopes of work—identifying critical dependencies and risks
  • Creating innovative solution architectures that address complex challenges and meet agreed requirements

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in:

  • Presenting solution options to customers and guiding them through governance and security processes
  • Infrastructure design for voice and messaging systems, including VoIP and SMS
  • Applying cybersecurity principles to solution design
  • Working directly with customers, particularly on large or complex accounts
  • Navigating regulatory frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27002, and CIS Controls
  • Developing scalable, compliant solutions across cloud platforms
  • Integrating systems using APIs and web services
  • Gathering requirements and translating them into technical outcomes
  • Aligning solutions with product roadmaps and strategic objectives

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience working with public sector or business clients
  • A background in consumer environments, such as identity and access management, where core architectural skills were applied
