Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting a Specialist PFA Social Worker for the Preparation For Adulthood Team. You will handle a dual caseload of children with disabilities moving to adult services, ensuring personalised support for young people as they transition to adulthood.

The role requires a recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England. We value flexible working and provide opportunities for ASYE and postgraduate training to help you develop

Responsibilities

• Manage a dual caseload of children with disabilities transitioning to adult services.
