We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audiologist looking to develop their career.
We are looking for a Lead Audiologist to join our friendly Audiology team based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The role will involve domiciliary clinics, and tinnitus clinics alongside a more complex patient rehab role.
The historic market town of Chesterfield is situated on the edge of the Peak District with excellent links to the City of Sheffield only 12 miles away.
The successful post holder will work within the team environment at the Royal Hospital and in the surrounding Peak District.

Main duties of the jobThe successful candidates will provide a domiciliary rehabilitative service across North Derbyshire as well as tinnitus clinics and assisting in the provision of audiology services providing diagnostic support to the ENT department and comprehensive community rehabilitative services across North Derbyshire.
As a Lead Audiologist you will support the day-to-day running of the service and junior colleagues.Applicants must possess a BSc in Audiology or equivalent.Experience of working within a modernised hearing aid service at a band 5 level is essential.Evidenceof management and leadership skills are desirable but not essential.We are a progressive team and encourage personal development, and training for the successful candidate will be provided as required.This post will require Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure.
