Job description

We're looking for a Specialist Salesperson at The Timber Group – Herringswell Sawmills.

We are an ambitious company that values continuous improvement and strives to be the first choice for our customers and colleagues. Our team is recognized, respected, and committed to building strong relationships through excellent customer service.

As a Salesperson, you will work within the sales office on our 12-acre sawmilling site, reporting to the Sales Office Manager and the Branch Management Team. Your role involves selling our timber products and performing various tasks such as:

  1. Direct contact with external sales customers
  2. Collaborating with Specialist Sales Reps
  3. Inputting quotes and orders into the system for internal and external customers
  4. Assisting branch network with pricing and stock transfers

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers plenty of opportunities. You will join our modern, open-plan office and have access to training and development, including recognised qualifications to deepen your product knowledge.
