The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking Band 7 Specialist Rotational Pharmacists to join the Pharmacy Team at St Mary's Hospital on the Isle of Wight. This role offers rapid skill development across Emergency Department, Acute Assessment Unit, General Medicine, Oncology, Haematology, and more, with a technology-driven practice and mentorship from consultants.

Competenze

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on prescribing decisions.
Undertake rotations in Oncology/Haematology, frailty and older person care, Urgent and Emergency Services, and other clinical areas.
Monitor prescriptions and develop patient-centred pharmaceutical care plans.
Ensure seamless pharmaceutical care through accurate drug histories and discharge planning.
Actively contribute to medicines safety and quality improvement initiatives.
