Additional rotations that may be added include medicines information, nutrition, and palliative care.

Our welcoming and friendly pharmacy team is highly regarded within the trust, and we are looking for an experienced pharmacist to join us in representing the pharmacy service and trust values. The pharmacy team's values are centered around patient care and medicines optimization to ensure the best patient outcomes. 3. Clinical Guidance and Practice: Contribute to the development of clinical guidance, ensure pharmacy practices align with national guidelines, implement cost-saving measures, and develop/review PGDs and SOPs as needed.
  4. Integration and Collaboration: Integrate secondary care services within the NHS Dorset Healthcare system, collaborating with other healthcare professionals and contributing to patient care strategies.
  5. Service Development: Support ongoing development of pharmacy services, suggest improvements, streamline processes, and stay updated with best practices.
  6. Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate leadership, act as a pharmacy ambassador, mentor and line manage rotational pharmacists to develop their skills and knowledge.
