Specialist Resource Base Support - Teaching Assistants Required Caerphilly September Start

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a background in Specialist Resource Base Support? Are you looking for rewarding opportunities in Caerphilly where you can make a genuine difference to pupils with additional learning needs?

We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to provide Specialist Resource Base Support across a number of welcoming Primary Schools in Caerphilly. Thanks to our excellent relationships with schools throughout Caerphilly, we have a variety of opportunities available, ranging from flexible ad-­hoc supply work to full-­time, long-­term positions five days a week.

Our aim is to provide schools with reliable, skilled staff while ensuring every Teaching Assistant is matched to a role that suits their experience, availability, and career goals.

The Role

As part of our Specialist Resource Base Support team, you will:

• Support pupils with additional learning needs within specialist resource bases
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and wider school staff to support individual learning plans
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement

We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
• Strong experience providing support to pupils with additional learning needs
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across schools in Caerphilly

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
