A leading healthcare organization in Cannock is seeking a professional to provide comprehensive services for individuals experiencing homelessness with substance-related issues. You will coordinate care, deliver interventions, and maintain accurate documentation. Ideal candidates will have a relevant foundation degree and considerable experience with drug users, utilizing techniques like CBT and motivational interviewing. This role offers a salary between £31,049 and £37,796 annually, pro rata.

JOB PURPOSE
To provide a dedicated, comprehensive service to people experiencing homelessness, being at risk of homelessness and having substance related problems, or being at risk of relapse back into substance use and have a history of, or are at risk of disengaging from services. To also work closely with and provide advice and guidance to colleagues within the housing options team to integrate substance use intervention into care plans, increasing engagement and ongoing support, where appropriate.
