Job summary

The Radiology department at the Royal United Hospital is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Specialist radiographers to join our team, as we expand CT and MRI capacity with new equipment and advanced software.

You will work a rota that includes extended days and weekends, with on-call and night shifts across modalities, delivering 24/7 cover for X-ray, theatre, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI and interventional procedures.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration
• Experience in CT/MRI
• NHS radiography experience
• Post graduate qualification (Desirable)

Job Overview

The Radiology department at the Royal United Hospital is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Specialist radiographers to join our team. The department is known for their forward thinking and innovative approach.

We are currently installing a new Siemens Xceed CT scanner and have recently procured MRI deep resolve acceleration software. Staff provide 24/7 cover to X-ray, theatre and fluoroscopy, together with CT, MRI, interventional and cardiac.

Main duties of the job

Due to an investment in the Radiology workforce, we are looking to expand our team to provide additional CT and MRI capacity by working further extended days and weekends.

Depending on experience, you will participate in a rota that will include on-call duties and night shifts across different modalities, covering 7 days.
