Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered SCPHN (School Nursing) to lead public health nursing across local schools. You will deliver safeguarding, health promotion, and care coordination for children and young people, building trusted relationships with families.

The post requires clinical excellence, mobility across multiple sites, and a valid driving licence. You will contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and uphold NHS values in a dynamic community setting.

• Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nursing) on the NMC register.
• Clinical work of high standard and ability to build trusting relationships with children and young people.
• Agility with ability to manoeuvre light to moderate loads.

• A Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nursing) active on the NMC register
