Northern Trust is seeking a Specialist Product Manager, Digital Asset Solutions, to own the strategy and lifecycle of the digital asset product suite on a global scale. The Specialist Product Manager, Digital Asset Solutions is responsible for executing the strategy of Northern Trust’s Global Product Management Office for the digital asset product suite. The role focuses on driving product commercialization, innovation, and lifecycle management initiatives to support the growth of the digital asset servicing business alongside the traditional asset servicing offering. Working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Relationship Management teams, the successful candidate will deliver market-leading digital asset solutions, enhance client outcomes, and contribute to revenue growth.
Execute the strategy and roadmap for Northern Trust’s global digital asset product portfolio. Identify market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the digital assets ecosystem. Translate platform capabilities, data, reporting, and services into differentiated client solutions. Support product innovation initiatives and represent Northern Trust at industry forums and client engagements.
Partner with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to align on product priorities and strategic decisions. Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to support client opportunities and business growth. Develop business cases, investment proposals, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans for new and existing products. Drive revenue growth by identifying and delivering innovative digital asset servicing solutions.
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities, including product development, launches, enhancements, and post‑launch assessments. Define target client segments and evaluate market opportunities to support strategic growth objectives. Oversee product governance, risk management, controls, dependencies, and performance outcomes. Monitor product success metrics and make recommendations to optimize client experience and commercial performance.
