Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is recruiting an experienced Specialist Plant Fitter - Chargehands to work across multiple sites between Lichfield and Kenilworth. You will oversee on-site fitter teams and manage maintenance activities to keep plant running safely and efficiently.

The role requires a valid NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, CSCS Gold Card and SSSTS, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. A strong safety focus and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in plant maintenance or equivalent.
• CSCS Gold Card required.
• SSSTS qualification mandatory.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.
• Working at height safety training is required.
