A prominent healthcare organization in Wales is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist for Trauma and Orthopedics. The successful candidate will provide expert care to orthopedic patients, work collaboratively with health professionals, and engage in continuous skill development. Ideal applicants should have a degree in Physiotherapy and full experience in Band 5 rotations, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Welsh speaking skills are advantageous but not essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, determined and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Orthopaedic Team here at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
The post holder will provide specialist advice, assessment and treatments to a range of orthopaedic patients. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential.

To provide a high standard of physiotherapy service to trauma and orthopedic patients; using best current evidence based clinical management.
To work with consultants and other health care professionals, committed to enhancing the services and provisions of others.
To work within a variety of settings, to plan and organise own caseload, balancing other patient related and professional demands in order that the physiotherapy case load meets the University Health Board objectives.
Welsh Skills Desirable: This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. This doesn't mean essential; whilst the candidate doesn't need to have skills in Welsh, we'll consider it an advantage when short-listing and selecting candidates. This isn't 'fluency', just Speaking & Listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above. Level 3 means basic conversations with patients about their everyday health.
