Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is an Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC) and the largest trust in the country. Our mission is to provide world class healthcare for our patients, through excellence in research, education and training. It is also home to the North West London's Major Trauma Centre.
We are looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team. You will need to be able to manage a varying and complex caseload of in-patients and have experience of discharge planning. The post is rotational and involves 6 monthly rotations through a variety of areas including Major Trauma, elective Orthopaedics, trauma Orthopaedics and plastics, surgical rehabilitation, Vascular Surgery and amputee and prosthetic rehabilitation.
You will work 37.5 hours/week over 7 days. You would be joining a supportive, well established team committed to providing a high standard of clinical care and modernising services to meet the needs of patients, referrers and commissioners. You will work closely with established multi-disciplinary teams and be supported by a team of experienced Band 7 and 8 therapists. The Department actively supports Continuing Professional Development and runs an established appraisal system and a comprehensive in-service training programme.
