An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative Specialist Physiotherapist to join the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership Community AHP Rehab Team (Reach Clacks and Stirling). We seek creative, dynamic individuals to work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care delivery. There will also be opportunities to participate in our new service within ReACH, providing AHP input to Discharge to Assess and Reablement.
The ReACH Service offers community rehab to individuals in their homes or similar settings. The role involves a varied clinical caseload, peer support, and training opportunities. Responsibilities include quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and in-service training. There may also be opportunities for clinical supervision and appraisals of junior staff, as well as supervising and developing undergraduate/pre-reg students.
The candidate should be able to prioritize fluctuating workloads and be flexible in a busy environment.
Interviews will be held in person at Stirling Care Village.
Travel throughout the service area is essential.
