Are you a highly experienced and motivated physiotherapist looking for an exciting new challenge? Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist to join and lead our Haemophilia Physiotherapy team on a part-time basis (22 hours per week). About the Role: As a Specialist Physiotherapist in our Haemophilia Service, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and lead the Physiotherapy Haemophilia Service. You will work closely with our large, diverse, and well-established MSK Physiotherapy Team and Haemophilia Service, ensuring high-quality care for patients with blood clotting disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Development: Provide outstanding clinical and managerial leadership, delivering high-quality specialist physiotherapy for comprehensive and holistic assessment and treatment of MSK issues in patients with bleeding disorders.
  • Operational Planning: Oversee the day-to-day operational planning and delivery of the Haemophilia Physiotherapy service, supporting staff development within the MSK team and the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Innovation and Improvement: Lead innovative service improvement projects and strategic developments, utilizing flexible and novel approaches to complex patient management and service delivery.
