A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their Therapy team, focusing on patient discharge and providing guidance to ward therapists. This role offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time work within a dynamic team at Kettering General Hospital during a fixed-term contract of 4 months.
Are you a band 5 or 6 looking to gain further experience in the acute setting? We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly, innovative and dynamic Therapies team at Kettering General Hospital. We welcome applications from Physiotherapists who are looking for full-time, part-time hours and secondment opportunities. This is a 4 months fixed term post. The post holder will be within a roaming therapy team providing expertise and assessment to the discharge hub, escalation areas and medically fit ward/areas with complex therapy needs impacting discharge.
If you are successful in your application for this position your commencement date will coincide with the Trust's Induction programme held on a monthly basis. Attendance on the full induction programme is a mandatory requirement prior to starting in the work area. Therefore, if parts of this induction fall outside of the normal contracted hours of duty for this position, you will be requested to make arrangements to enable you to fully attend the Induction.
