East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our musculoskeletal outpatient service. You will work across Brookfields Hospital Cambridge and Princess of Wales Hospital Ely, delivering advanced assessment and treatment with autonomy and within a multidisciplinary team.
You will bring substantial postgraduate experience in musculoskeletal outpatients, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of patient care,
To assist in the management of the day-to-day clinical and administrative services of the team to ensure that a proficient and effective service is provided to all patients.
To undertake advanced assessment and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal problems that may have complex and or chronic presentation and to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
To undertake clinical duties in a number of ways which may include face to face consultations, virtual consultations and Group settings.
Specialist assessment and treatment of patients as part of the multidisciplinary team, working towards maintaining a high standard of service in designated areas, independently responsible for own caseload and area of responsibility. Responsible for managing, prioritising and delegating this clinical caseload.
We are looking for a clinician who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, likes working in a team and wants to provide the best they can to their patients. You will receive regular mentorship and clinical supervision to ensure that you maximise your personal potential within our team.
The applicant should have substantial post graduate experience in musculoskeletal outpatients.
