Job summary

• Proficient with IT systems and accurate record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Provide expert MSK assessment, triage, and treatment for employees.
• Deliver occupational health physiotherapy, supporting return-to-work and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and MI statistics per governance standards.
• Contribute to practice meetings and collaborative care planning.
• Work with GPs, Nursing, and local workforce to deliver integrated care.
• Manage administrative duties to ensure smooth service delivery.

Location: Brighton

Contract: Permanent | Part-time (7.5 hrs per week)

Schedule: 3 Shifts Per Week | No weekends

Salary: £38,690 - £43,000 (DOE) + Excellent benefits including Private Medical Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert MSK assessment, triage, and treatment for employees.

About You:

• HCPC Registered Physiotherapist


• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in MSK outpatients.


• Proven experience within corporate healthcare or a primary care/GP practice setting (desirable)


• Strong background in primary care and/or community-based physiotherapy.


• Postgraduate MSK qualification (desirable).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, approachable, and professional manner.


• Confident with IT systems and accurate record-keeping.
