Job summary

HCA UK Corporate Healthcare is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the on-site team at a corporate client location in Brighton. You will deliver MSK physiotherapy and occupational health services, supporting employee wellbeing and proactive workplace health management.

The role requires senior clinical expertise, strong communication, and robust IT documentation practices within a corporate setting. Flexible part-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered physiotherapist with current UK registration.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience including at least 3 years in MSK outpatients.
• Desirable: corporate healthcare or primary care/GP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert MSK assessment, triage and treatment.
• Deliver occupational health physiotherapy to support return-to-work and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and MI statistics.
• Contribute to practice meetings and collaborative care planning.
• Work with GPs, nursing and the local workforce to deliver integrated care.
• Manage administrative duties to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert MSK assessment, triage, and treatment for employees.
• Deliver occupational health physiotherapy, supporting return-to-work and injury prevention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and MI statistics in line with governance standards.
• Contribute to practice meetings and collaborative care planning.
• Work closely with GPs, Nursing, and the local workforce to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.
• Manage administrative duties efficiently to ensure smooth service delivery.

About You

• HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in MSK outpatients.
• Proven experience within corporate healthcare or a primary care/GP practice setting (desirable)
• Strong background in primary care and/or community-based physiotherapy.
• Postgraduate MSK qualification (desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, approachable, and professional manner.
• Confident with IT systems and accurate record-keeping.
