Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking a Specialist Periodontist to join the Wootton Bridge Dental & Implant Clinic in the Isle of Wight in a private‑only capacity. An experienced clinical team supports implants, endodontics, orthodontics, and general care within a well‑established practice.

The role offers a Monday or Friday session once a month with potential extension as demand grows, and a book‑build position within a large private network of clinicians dedicated to high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be on the specialist list for periodontics.
• Experience in private dentistry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private specialist periodontal care within a private-only clinic.
• Collaborate with a supporting clinical team including receptionists, nurses and a Practice Manager.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and professional conduct.
• Work a pattern with one day per month (Monday or Friday) initially, with potential extension.

About the role and practice

Wootton Bridge Dental & Implant Clinic is a well-established, practice in the heart of Wooton Bridge with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service and care to both our private and NHS patients.

• A Monday or Friday once a month (with a view to extend with patient demand)
• Book build position
• Experienced clinical team offering implants, endodontics, orthodontics, general
• Fully-staffed support team including experienced receptionists, dental nurses and, Practice Manager
• Ferry ports20 mins from Portsmouth or Southampton
• Free parking
