Job Description:

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Compass Associates is working with a specialist provider of residential, supported living, and therapeutic support services to recruit a Specialist Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.

The role involves working across two residential services in South Yorkshire supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and additional learning needs. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavioural assessments, formulating and implementing interventions, delivering training to staff, contributing to service development, conducting research, and participating in pre-admission assessments and transition planning.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, SALTs, Therapy Assistants, Behaviour Analysts/PBS Practitioners, and Advanced Practitioners.

Location:

The services are accessible from Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Mexborough, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Goole, Barnsley, Worksop, and surrounding areas.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Master's Degree in PBS or ABA
• Extensive experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience delivering staff training
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle

Interview Process:
