JOB TITLE: Specialist Payment Sales Director - Payment Service Providers

HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in one of our office hubs mentioned above
An exciting new position providing complex payment solutions into the Payment Service Provider marketplace. This presents an outstanding opportunity to craft and advance a brand-new role within our organisation, focussing on building new relationships and innovation in the payment services sector!
Lead and cultivate customer relationships with fast growth small businesses up to large well established corporations for Lloyds Bank.
Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and implement approved changes for execution in the field.
Coordinate the management of significant customers related to complex, often customized products and services. Lead all aspects of a customer advisor department over a significant area, ensuring their needs are met.
Financial Product Development: Analyse and evaluate the feasibility of proposed sophisticated financial products. Develop and amend products as necessary with mentorship from senior colleagues, while supervising activities performed by the financial product development team.
Team Development: Implement a formal development framework for the team. Offer informal mentorship throughout the organization in your area of expertise.
Business Practice Improvement: Identify, suggest, and implement improvements to existing business practices. Develop and deliver projects or workstreams within our organisational change program.
Performance Management: Set medium-term objectives and take ownership for implementing the team's performance management systems.
Risk Management: Develop and deliver a contingency plan for significant aspects of the risk management and control process.
Optimisation Planning: Develop tactical plans for optimizing resources and assets handled within a given area or department.
Proven Business Development / Sales experience across the Payment Service Provider marketplace
Shown experience in leading and developing customer relationships.
Expertise in financial product development and operational improvement.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent risk management and prioritisation abilities.
A track record of efficiently implementing business practice improvements.
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
