Job summary

This Band 6 Paediatric Radiographer role at LTHT Radiology offers an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, highly skilled multidisciplinary team within Leeds Children’s Hospital.

You will work primarily in paediatric X-ray and fluoroscopy, contributing to safe, compassionate imaging across emergency, inpatient, outpatient and GP services, with rotation to adult X-ray departments at LGI.

Qualifications

• Paediatric radiography experience is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced radiology department and MDT working.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and service improvement.
• Ability to work in a large dynamic team and accept feedback.
• Fresh ideas to improve services and involvement in audits.
• CPD opportunities should be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily within paediatric X-ray and fluoroscopy.
• Contribute to safe, compassionate imaging across emergency, inpatient, outpatient and GP services.
• Rotate through adult general X-ray departments at LGI.
• Support continuous improvement and progress paediatric X-ray service.
• Deliver gold standard care to every child and family.
