Job summary

Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Paediatric Radiographer to develop skills in Angiography and Interventional Radiology within a dedicated paediatric team at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

The role involves delivering a high-quality imaging service for children and families, with opportunities to work across Interventional, Cardiac angiography and General Imaging while contributing to safe, patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• BSc Honours Diagnostic Radiography or DCR(R) required.
• HCPC registration required and up-to-date CPD evidence.
• Demonstrated career development and interest in Angio/IR.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Interventional, Cardiac angiography and General Imaging.
• Deliver an efficient service with high radiographic standards.
• Participate in on-call/shift provision including weekends and bank holidays.
