This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive Community Child Health Physiotherapy team providing specialist assessment, treatment and management for children and young people with a wide range of developmental, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions across West Dunbartonshire.

The Acron Centre, The Vale of Leven Hospital
18 Hours per week - Monday to Friday
You will provide comprehensive specialist assessment, treatment and management for children and young people with complex developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions. Working autonomously across community settings, you will coordinate interventions, support children and families to achieve therapeutic goals, and work closely with educational staff and multidisciplinary colleagues to develop integrated care plans. The role includes acting as a specialist resource and advisor, delivering education and training to carers, healthcare professionals and students, contributing to service development, participating in evidence-based practice initiatives, and supporting the supervision of students and rotational staff members. You will be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your practice, manage clinical risk within your caseload, make appropriate referrals to other health disciplines, and contribute to board-wide care programmes to ensure high standards of patient care across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
