Specialist Orthodontist opportunity available to join our award-winning practice, Lincoln Orthodontics LN2 4JB.

Lincoln Orthodontics is a 400+ Google-rated 5* specialist orthodontic referral clinic, a purely private practice recently nominated at the Private Dentistry Awards 2024 in three categories: “Best Referral Practice,” “Patient Care,” and “Best Practice.” The team was also nominated for “Orthodontic Practice of the Year” at the Clinical Dentistry Awards 2024 and has won multiple awards with Dental Monitoring, including the “Gold Standard Award” at the Dental Monitoring conference in Edinburgh 2024.

The practice is busy, with generations of families returning for high-quality treatment, and it receives a high volume of referrals from GDPs due to long NHS waiting lists, high treatment demand, and trusted referral partnerships.

We can offer:

1. 1+ day(s) per week, flexible on which days.
2. Joining Matthew and the 20+ team means becoming part of a highly skilled, experienced practice with a seamless patient journey, including a dedicated New Patient Coordinator, two onsite Treatment Coordinators, two Orthodontic Therapists (one with 12 years’ experience and the other internally trained), and a Practice Manager from a clinical background who is also a member of the Practice Manager Forum.
3. An onsite Hygienist supports patients with oral hygiene before, during, and after treatment.
4. The clinic features four surgeries, a consultation room, two iTero scanners, digital OPG, CEPH, and PA machines.
5. CBCTs are performed using a mobile unit.
6. Dental Monitoring is used for fixed and aligner treatments, and the practice is a member of TIO.
7. The practice benefits from a high volume of leads and excellent conversion due to its reputation and high-quality patient care, reflected in its 5* Google rating.
8. Located just outside the city center, the practice is easily accessible by road with free onsite parking and is close to the train station.
9. Services include Invisalign, Angel Aligners, metal braces, ceramic, fixed and removable retainers, for both adults and children, including early treatment from age 8/9.
10. Palatal and buccal TADs are commonly used, and a soft-tissue laser is employed for gingival detailing; training on these techniques can be provided if needed.
