Whitworths is seeking a reliable Specialist Operative to help ensure our products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to high quality standards. The role may involve tasks such as mixing, blanching, heat treatment and FLT driving, along with general production and packing duties based on training.

Qualificações

• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high standards.
• Able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
• Committed to food safety, quality, and health and safety.
• Previous food manufacturing experience or FLT experience is desirable, training provided where required.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out production tasks in line with food safety, quality and health and safety procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Support production targets, reduce waste and identify improvements.
• Complete required checks and report any quality concerns, shortages or equipment faults.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work effectively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
