Role/Department

The First Line of Defense - Operational Resilience Specialist for EMEA will support the Operational Resiliency Program, oversee resilience initiatives, and assist in project delivery and stakeholder guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify and prioritize Important Business Service Capabilities.
  • Lead business dependency oversight in EMEA, monitor risks, and track remediation efforts.
  • Support compliance reviews with Operational Resilience policies and standards.
  • Document, track, and report risks and issues promptly.
  • Lead manageable risk projects and support less experienced colleagues.
  • Monitor impacts of new products and organizational changes.

Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in operational resiliency, disaster/business recovery, business continuity, third-party/vendor management, and risk policies.
  • Experience in Operational Resilience and understanding of cyber security risks within Financial Services.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of resiliency regulations and guidelines within EMEA.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, ambiguous environments and lead cross-functional teams.
