Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Intermediate Care Team. The role involves autonomous clinical duties and collaboration with acute and community services to facilitate timely discharges.

The post holder will manage a caseload, deliver individualized treatment plans, and support staff development. The team operates across standard shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• 2 years at Band 5 level.
• Community experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme for patients.
• Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
• Support staff in identifying and developing their knowledge and skills.
• Act as a fieldwork educator for Occupational Therapy students.
