A leading health provider is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join their Occupational Therapy team in Waverley Community Mental Health Recovery Service. This role involves providing high-quality assessments and interventions based on evidence-based practice, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to team projects. Ideal candidates will hold an HCPC qualification and demonstrate experience in mental health settings, fostering a collaborative environment to improve patient well-being.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to come and join our dynamic Occupational Therapy team in Waverley Community Mental Health Recovery Service.
We use Model of Human Occupation to guide all our occupational therapy assessments and interventions. We are particularly focusing on embedding occupational science and neuroscience into our practice.
The occupational therapy leadership team is committed to offering extensive, co-ordinated CPD programmes including a robust supervision structure, care group meetings, Trust wide and core competence training and an annual conference.
The candidate must have a full and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes due to the community element of this role.

£31,469 to £47,084 a year(Incl. 5% Fringe HCAS) per annum, pro rata
