Are you an experience Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and highly respected Hospital Outreach Support Team (HOST) as an Occupational Therapist Clinical Specialist. We are searching for a dynamic and adaptable therapist to support individuals in achieving their functional goals at home following their discharge from hospital.

• Supervisory experience to guide and develop less experienced staff, student and rotational staff

Interviews will be held in person (face to face) only. You will work alongside a supportive and skilled team of therapist, managing your own caseload while delivering outstanding patient care. This role includes some weekend and bank holiday working.
