Job summary

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Critical Care Therapy Team at East Surrey Hospital. You will provide expert leadership for rehabilitation across the Critical Care unit and related inpatient services, guiding patients through complex recovery with a focus on evidence-based care.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Clinical Specialist Therapist to join our dynamic Critical Care Therapy Team at East Surrey Hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for critical care, rehabilitation and service development. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical leadership within the Critical Care Unit, supporting patients with complex physical, cognitive and functional rehabilitation needs throughout their critical illness recovery journey.

You will work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care whilst driving innovation, education and quality improvement within the service.
