Your Role
Service Line: Specialist Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation Service for Men
Contract: Fixed-term contract (maternity cover) for 9 to 11 months.
Site Overview:
Cygnet Paddocks is a specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men, offering tailored care for individuals affected by acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions, focusing on challenging behaviors and recovery.
The facility features personalized wards that mirror established rehabilitation pathways, supported by an in-house clinical and medical team, emphasizing person-centered outcomes and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The service accepts individuals under various legal frameworks, including the Mental Health Act.
Located in Widnes, North West England, it is accessible via public transport and close to amenities such as parks, cafes, and leisure facilities.
The multidisciplinary team includes occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and nursing staff. You will be supported by a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
