We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic Occupational Therapists with a passion for rehabilitation to join our Community Rehabilitation Team. The position is full-time (37.5 hours) and involves supporting and participating in a 7-day service delivery. The role is based at Exmouth Hospital, located near one of Devon's longest beaches and 12 miles from Exeter. Our catchment area includes rural locations like Budleigh Salterton and Woodbury.

At WEB, we are committed to staff development and creating a positive working environment. We seek a forward-thinking, team-oriented Occupational Therapist to join our friendly team. You will work alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Rehabilitation Support Workers within WEB-Community Therapy teams, working with patients in their homes with long-term conditions, including complex neurology and falls.

We have support from GPs, Social Care, MSK, Speech and Language, and Podiatry teams on-site. We also have close links with the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital's acute teams and on-site Urgent Community Response and Community Ward teams. There will be opportunities to work across teams based on service needs. Our focus is on maximizing patient independence and quality of life through assessment, rehabilitation, preventing hospital admissions, and supporting hospital discharge.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills within the community. We welcome applications from those eager to join a friendly, passionate multidisciplinary team.

You must be able to travel between locations within specified time frames.
