Job summary

Circle Health Group in Enfield is seeking a Specialist Nurse (SACT) to join the Cancer Services team on a bank basis. The role covers outpatient, inpatient, day-case and ambulatory settings, with flexible shifts and requirement to supplement staffing during busy periods.

You will deliver expert cancer care, undertake specialist assessments, support patients and carers, and work with Consultants and MDT members to ensure safe, guideline-compliant care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in Oncology and/or Haematology nursing.
• Evidence of specialist knowledge in cancer care pathways and symptom management.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety and quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £24.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Specialist Nurse to join their team of staff in the Cancer Services department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
