A leading community healthcare provider in Haywards Heath is seeking a Specialist Nurse to join their Child Development Centre. The role involves assessing and planning care for children with complex needs, supporting families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Specialist Nurse - Child Development Centre. An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Specialist Nurse to work as part of a Paediatric multidisciplinary team at the Nightingale Child Development Centre in Haywards Heath. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Crawley Child Development Specialist Nursing team as demand requires. Work will be via both virtual and in-person patient activity.
The Specialist Nurse role will involve using advanced clinical skills and expert knowledge to work alongside an MDT team to support the needs of children and young people with complex needs who are known to Child Development Service. Training and professional development will be offered as part of your continuing development to meet the skills, knowledge and competencies required for this post.
This role would suit applicants with an interest in contributing to the Neuro-Developmental pathway and developing skills supporting children on the social communication pathway or with a recent diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition and their families.
