Job Description:

Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist – Work from Home| Glasgow | Full Time / Part Time | 24 - 37.5 hours per week | £36,000 - £46,500 per annum

This role is home based visiting individuals in their own home in and around the Glasgow area.

Are you ready to make a real difference in people’s lives — every single day?

Are you looking to move away from the NHS?

If work-life balance and genuine support matter to you, this could be your perfect next role.

Our client specialises in helping people with neurological conditions reclaim their independence and confidence in their own homes and at their dedicated neuro rehab clinic. They are passionate about delivering therapy that truly makes a difference.

Whether it’s supporting someone to walk again after a stroke or helping a person with Parkinson’s stay mobile and motivated, they love seeing their clients make meaningful progress.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a team that’s passionate about great care, strong outcomes, and making rehab meaningful again.

What’s in it for you?

  • Fully funded PD Warrior training to support your growth and impact
  • Work From Home
  • Work Life balance
  • A warm, welcoming, and truly grateful client base that makes the work deeply rewarding
  • The chance to lead your own PD Warrior class, shaping outcomes and building confidence
  • Weekly peer support, regular 1:1s, and team-wide CPD, so you’re never working in isolation
  • Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech Therapy Glasgow
  • Company pension scheme and a generous mileage allowance to support your lifestyle
  • A forward-thinking practice that invests in you, just as much as you invest in your clients

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Have 2 years post-grad experience (Experienced Band 5 or 6)
  • Have HCPC and CSP registration
  • Feel like you're not using your full skillset and want that to change
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
  • Want to work closely with clients and see them progress
  • Believe in the power of proper rehab — not just checklists and leaflets
  • Are fun, motivated, and committed to doing great work

What will your role look like?

  • Deliver hands-on physiotherapy to clients with a wide range of neurological conditions
  • Manage a caseload split between clinic and home visits
  • Build strong relationships and design effective, individualised rehab plans
  • Lead or support PD Warrior classes at designated locations
  • Collaborate with physio and SLT colleagues across our MDT
  • Take part in regular CPD, team development, and service improvement work
  • Work with clients over time to make rehab meaningful — no rushed discharges
  • Conduct 1-hour appointments as standard to allow time to think, plan, and treat properly
  • Support clients who want your help and actively follow their programmes
