Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established Maternity Education Team. We are passionate about planning and providing quality training to our multi-disciplinary workforce to improve the quality and safety of our Maternity Service.

Main duties of the job

• Fulfilling objectives outlined in the Maternity Incentive Scheme (CNST) and other pivotal reports such as Ockenden and Kirkup, while embedding local priorities.
• Delivering training through various methods (Simulation, problem-based learning, workshops, PowerPoint, etc.) to the multidisciplinary team.
• Providing examples of clinical excellence and innovation.
• Participating in relevant meetings to promote the importance of education and share key messages.
• Collaborating with the governance team to ensure learning is localized and meaningful.
