Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation Pharmacy Department is recruiting a highly motivated pharmacist to join a forward-thinking team delivering clinical pharmacy services across the Trust. The Pharmacy Department is a forward thinking and progressive department seeking to expand our current team as we develop a patient focused and modern hospital pharmacy service to the Trust while constantly looking at ways to further improve our service.
We understand the importance of great team working and have strong links with other disciplines within and around the trust. The patient is at the Centre of all that we do, and we aim to provide a pharmacy service that has Medicine Optimisation as key.
