Job summary

Virtu Property seeks a proactive maintenance technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across residential and communal properties. You will perform multi-skilled repairs, including painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing and grounds duties, while upholding health and safety standards and maintaining records.

You will work across multiple sites, providing a professional service with independence.

Qualifications

• Holds a full, valid UK Driving Licence.
• Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maintenance services across residential and communal properties.
• Carry out multi-skilled repairs including painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing and grounds maintenance.
• Identify and report defects and safety concerns, and opportunities for remedial works.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and vehicle checks.
• Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.

• Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across residential and communal properties.
• Carry out multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report defects, safety concerns, and opportunities for remedial works.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and vehicle checks.
• Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.

What You Need to Succeed

• Holds a full, valid UK Driving Licence
• Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriate
• Competence in maintenance skills such as painting; decorating; carpentry; general repairs.
