Practice Plus Group seeks a Specialist Liaison and Diversion Practitioner to enhance non-custodial healthcare for individuals in the judicial system. Our Health in Justice service line is now expanding into non-Custodial healthcare, a person-centred approach delivered via a solid and consolidated infrastructure aimed to assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements, to redirect them to the most appropriate channel. We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Liaison and Diversion Practitioner with specialist knowledge around the female health and social care pathway to join our team in North Yorkshire.
As a Liaison & Diversion Practitioner you will work autonomously in police detention cells, in order to identify and respond to requests of screening and assessment of people with identified health needs in contact with the criminal justice system.

Hours
8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary
This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and you will receive a salary of £42,094 to £47,466 depending on experience
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
