Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities, excellent communication skills, integrity, adaptability, and relevant qualifications in English, maths, and learning support.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide effective classroom support and promote independence.
  • Assist in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Support communication and follow instructions to ensure access for all.
