SALARY: Actual Salary Band £13,683 – £15,187
FTE Salary Band £22,069.82 – £24,195
JOB TYPE: Part time, term time only, permanent (0.62 fraction, 30 hours per week, 5 days a week for 34 weeks per year)

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide outstanding in and out of class support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them to fulfil their potential and become independent, confident learners.
The role of the Learning Support Assistant calls for a dedicated professional with the necessary experience, skills and personal qualities to establish immediate close working relationships with young people with SEND and the wider curriculum and support team.
