The region's leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop-in services, community support, and emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Our projects support women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Additionally, we have colleagues providing training and consultancy to businesses, health, and social care professionals, raising awareness of gender-based violence issues.
We are seeking like-minded women to join our enthusiastic team, all passionate about supporting women and children who have experienced domestic abuse and addressing the wider issues of violence against women and girls.
This role involves delivering financial support, including assistance with debt and financial abuse, to women affected by domestic abuse.
